Crider's Corners Place, LLC. is a family owned property management business. Leasing and self managing properties since 2005.
The Crider's Corners Place property at 83 Dutilh Rd. is new to our company.
We have completed a rennovation and were proud to launch the renovated property for tenant use and will evolve in business with our tenants and the Cranberry Twp. community.
We strive to assure customer satisfaction is achieved by providing smooth running business processes and attention to quality and value in property management.
The property location is on the site of the Criders Corners which was the original crossroads for business in Cranberry going back to 1908.
The Historical Marker is located accross the street from the property on Dutilh Rd.
We are proud to continue in the business tradition of Jacob Crider, Meeder's market and Crider's garage and the Cranberry Twp business community at large.

Inscription. Crider's Corners, Cranberry Township's main intersection and business district, was located here at Old Perry Highway (now Dutilh Road) and Old Mars/Freedom Road. Site of Meeder's Market and Crider's Garage. From 1908 to 1931 Crider's Corners was a station on the Harmony Line electric railway. Named for landowner Jacob Crider (1823-1902).
